Fanwall is a platform that connects creators with their fans. Fans can claim paid spots on a creator's wall to show their support, leave a message, and unlock digital rewards. Fanwall acts as a marketplace facilitator — we are not a party to the transaction between creators and fans.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Fanwall as a creator or to make purchases as a fan. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You may not upload pornographic or illegal content directly to Fanwall. This includes avatars, reward files, and any other media hosted on our platform. External links included in rewards are the sole responsibility of the creator who shares them. Fanwall does not monitor, endorse, or assume liability for content hosted on third-party websites.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Fanwall charges a platform fee of 10% + $0.50 per transaction. Creators receive payouts directly to their connected Stripe account. All spot purchases are final. If a spot is no longer available after payment, a full automatic refund will be issued.
Spots are temporary and expire after the duration set by the creator. Rewards are provided by creators and may vary. Fanwall does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or availability of any reward. Disputes regarding rewards should be directed to the creator.
Creators retain ownership of all content they upload. By using Fanwall, you grant us a limited license to display your content on the platform. The Fanwall brand, design, and code are owned by us and may not be copied or reproduced.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
Fanwall is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Fanwall after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
