This agreement governs your use of Fanwall as a creator. By creating a wall and accepting payments through the platform, you agree to the following terms.
You are solely responsible for the rewards you offer to fans. This includes the quality, accuracy, legality, and delivery of all rewards. Fanwall does not review, approve, or endorse any reward content.
You may not upload pornographic or illegal content directly to Fanwall. This includes avatars, profile images, and reward files (images, videos, documents) hosted on our platform. External links you include in rewards point to content hosted elsewhere and are your sole responsibility. Fanwall does not monitor or control third-party content.
Fanwall charges a platform fee of 10% + $0.50 per transaction. This fee is deducted automatically from each payment. The remaining amount is transferred to your connected Stripe account. Payouts are handled entirely by Stripe according to their payout schedule (typically 2 business days for standard payouts).
To receive payments, you must connect a Stripe account. By doing so, you also agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement. Fanwall is not responsible for Stripe account issues, holds, or delays.
You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on income earned through Fanwall. We may provide transaction summaries to assist with your records, but we do not provide tax advice or file taxes on your behalf.
We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate any creator's account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of this agreement or our Terms of Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold Fanwall harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, the content you upload, or the rewards you deliver to fans.
We may update this agreement from time to time. Continued use of Fanwall as a creator after changes constitutes acceptance.
